The class starts by departing from the hotel with one of our Vietnamese chefs bringing you by cyclo to the local Ben Ngu market to discover the fresh local food produce, talk to the vendors and to share in the culture.
Returning to the hotel for a refreshing drink, your hand will be expertly guided to create the menu of your choice. Our talented chef will share the cuisines history, legends and origins.
